Data Retention Policy

At [Mani Global Ventures], we retain personal and transactional data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing travel booking services such as flights, hotels, and other related services, as well as for complying with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.

Customer account information is retained for the duration of the account’s existence and for up to two years after account deletion for support and dispute resolution purposes.

Booking, ticketing, and transaction records are retained for a period of up to eight years in accordance with financial and audit requirements.

Any identity documents collected for booking purposes are retained for up to five years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Customer support communications may be retained for up to three years to ensure service quality and dispute handling.

Technical data such as logs, cookies, and usage data are typically retained for a period of six to twelve months for security and analytics purposes.

Once the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted, anonymized, or disposed of in a manner that prevents unauthorized access or reconstruction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security throughout its lifecycle and comply with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, where applicable.
